Privacy Policy

My Privacy Policy describes the information collected by me David Koenig through my mobile applications and the use of the information.

I do not collect any personal information from children with my Apps.

When you download and use my mobile applications, I don’t require you to provide any information and I don’t collect any information about you or your device, except for non personal information about the duration the App is used and how the App is used, such as the screens viewed and actions taken within my mobile applications.

I do not give any non personal information to anybody outside myself.

I comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

My website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy AcT(„COPPA“). I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or through any feedback, I will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.

To receive information on new Apps I release, I need your email address.

I provide a free, optional newsletter that parents can elect to receive by submitting a request on my website at www.davidkoenig.de. My collection of email addresses to send newsletters is made under Section 312(c)(3) of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013, which require that we notify you that:

(i) I am collecting the email address for the sole purpose of sending newsletters;

(ii) I use the email address solely for that purpose and the email address is not combined with any other information; and

(iii) that you may opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing.

When you request support, you may send me an email or contact me via the contact formula on my website.

I allow users to contact me if they have support questions about the usage of my mobile applications. If you submit a support request, I may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request („Support Information“). I use Support Information only.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

I use your email address only for the purpose of sending the newsletter to you. I use Support Information only for the support for the internal operations of my website and Apps as provided under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013. I don’t rent or sell your email address.

Cookies

When you visit my website, I may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. I use cookies to improve the quality of my service by storing user preferences and tracking usage information. Most browsers allow you to disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your computer.

Links to Third Party Sites

I may provide links and/or connections to third-party websites or services from my website. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. I don’t allow links within my mobile applications for kids.
